Party Wall Services

The Party Wall Act (1996) in the United Kingdom, for example, provides a legal framework for building owners to address matters related to party walls.

 

The act outlines procedures for serving notices, obtaining agreements, and resolving disputes between property owners when undertaking construction work that could affect a shared wall. This could include actions such as building an extension, carrying out repairs, or excavating near the party wall.
