

PATRICK
Managing Director
Patrick is the founder and Managing Director of Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd. He is a chartered member of the RICS, with over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry.
Patrick has a first-class degree in Building Surveying from Leeds Beckett University, a NEBOSH certificate in health and safety, and fire safety and risk management, and MRICS status with the RICS.
Patrick has a passion for buildings and construction, ever since he worked for an experienced local builder in college.
After working for 8 years in an international construction consultancy, Patrick decided to transition into residential surveying to explore his passion for building pathology, and provide the best independent advice to clients in his own way.

Kathryn
Office Manager
Kathryns main experience has been in hospitality, and more recently office management.
With a flare for organisation and customer service, here at Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd, Kat provides all back office support to the surveyors, and makes sure the office runs smoothly.
Kathryn is passionate about all things building, and is well placed and able to advise on all the services we are offering.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her Husband and friends attending events, reading, crafting and spending time with her animals.


LUKE
Residential Surveyor and Valuer
Luke is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a Registered Valuer.
Based in Nottinghamshire, Luke has undertaken L2 Home Buyer Reports, L3 Building Surveys and Private Valuations across Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and South Yorkshire.
Luke has over five years experience in the residential property industry. Prior to training as a Residential Surveyor, Luke has previously worked as an estate agent in lettings and property management. This is where he realised his passion for property and building pathology.
Luke has enjoyed time overseas, and has lived in France, Spain and Germany. In his spare time, he enjoys swimming, going to the gym, cooking and spending time with his family.
Will
Assistant Placement Surveyor
Will is a student studying Building Surveying at Leeds Beckett University and is now carrying out a placement year with us. Will's focus day to day is helping to review the surveyors reports, working to maintain our high standards.
During his time at University, Will has learnt many different aspects of surveying, including the construction processes for different types of properties and how they are maintained. He is now excited to get himself involved in real life surveys, projects and gain industry experience.
Based in Derbyshire, his interest in surveying started after seeing his parents perform maintenance and repairs on their 17th century cottage.
In his free time, he enjoys going to the gym and training Brazilian Jui Jitsu.


RICHARD
Residential Surveyor and Valuer
Richard is an Associate member of the RICS, and Registered Valuer. Based in North Yorkshire, Richard has undertaken L2 Home Buyers reports, L3 Building surveys and Snagging inspections across North, South and West Yorkshire.

Richard has over 40 years of experience in construction and facilities management industries and has carried out an number of his own development and renovation projects, where he has become skilled in numerous trades. He is a qualified BDMA Technician and is proficient in the recovery of buildings following fire and flood events.
​
Richard qualified as a Residential Surveyor through the SAVA Diploma.
​
Richards constant companion is Skyla, a 2 year old border collie whom Richard is teaching dog agility. They both love escaping to the hills with camara for a long ramble which often culminates in a rewarding pint sat next to a cosey fire.
