RICS Registered and Qualified
All our surveyors are qualified with the RICS, and either hold Associate or full membership. All our reports are fully compliant with the RICS Home Survey Standard.

5 Star Quality and Service
High Quality and Low Volume

We undertake no more than one survey per day, and often times less depending on the property. This gives the surveyor sufficient time on site, and sufficient time to write a report of the highest quality. Our reports provide you with answers - not more questions.

Consultation and Aftercare as Standard
​
We will call you on the same day as our visit to the property, to provide a quick summary of the main findings of the inspection. This can help put your mind at ease, or confirm any suspicions you may have in advance of the receving the report.

After the survey, you will get the report usually within a week, and we are available afterwards to chat through the contents, and answer any questions you may have. Our commitment to you doesn't finish when the report has been sent.
Bespoke Report Templates
Honeywell Survey & Design Ltd have taken years of experience and feedback, to develop our own internal report template. Our reports are fully compliant with the RICS Home Survey Standard, but we believe they are easier to read and understand , with the important information displayed where you need it.

All report elements are assigned a condition rating, with general advice, recommendations and advice for further investigations. A summary page is displayed at the head of the report, summarising all the key survey information into one place. Photos are large, clear, and cross referenced to the main report to ensure you understand what you are looking at.
